General Questions:

Q: How much am I allowed to borrow?

A: You can borrow up to $500 with us.

Q: What is the screen capture about?

A: We use a screen capture of your online banking to confirm some details about your application. At no point in time is your online banking password transmitted to us, and we do not have access to your bank account. Any information that is transmitted to us is done over SSL, which completely protects your privacy.

Q: Do I have to fill out an application to reloan?

A: No, we have your information on file so you just have to submit a screen capture and tell us how much you wish to borrow. We will then generate a contract and send it to you for your approval.

Q: Does welfare or pension count as income?

A: No, it must be regular income from some form of employment.

Q: I tried entering my birth date but I am having trouble.

A: The format is YEAR-MONTH-DAY, and the month and day must be two digits wide. Put a leading zero if it's 1-9. An example would be November 1, 2013 -- you would write 2013-11-01.

Q: Does it count against me in some way if I apply repeatedly?

A: Not at all. If you haven't changed some aspect of your application it probably means that we'll continue denying your application though.
